What we look for.
We hire engineers who can think through problems, write clean code, and communicate clearly. You don't need to know every framework — you need to know how to learn and build.
Technical Skills
- · Strong fundamentals in at least one backend language (PHP, Python, Node, Go, etc.)
- · Experience with modern web frameworks and databases
- · Understanding of REST APIs, testing, and version control
- · Comfortable working across the stack when needed
